General.

All original artwork copyrighted to Jill Campbell-Kelly of J A C K Illustrations And Design.

Products are made to order and subject to the availability of materials, colours may vary slightly.

Payments are made through Wix payments, Visa and MasterCard. At events either cash or through izettle, Visa and MasterCard.

 

Delivery.

Despatch days are Tuesdays and Fridays unless otherwise stated or discussed directly. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday will be despatched on Tuesday and any orders placed on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be despatched on Friday.

Delivery will be by standard 1st class Royal Mail post and usually arrives in 1-3 days. Delivery is charged at £1 per envelope of up to 750grams.

 

Returns.

You have the right to cancel or amend your order pre-despatch.

If you are not fully happy with your purchase you can return items in an as new condition for a refund within 30 days from the day of receipt.  Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the received return. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please return items to J A C K Illustration And Design, 619A Gower Road, Swansea, SA2 7EX.

Please advise us if a parcel arrives damaged as soon as possible.

 

Privacy.

To enable us to fulfill your order you must provide us with certain information. This includes your name, address, email address, payment information and the details of the product required. You may also choose to provide additional information for personalisation.

You have the right to refuse certain information as long as it does not impede our ability to process your order.

You can request to remove/change your details at any point after order completion.

We do not use your details for anything other than processing the orders instigated by you.

Payments information and details are not stored by us and are made fully secure through wix payments.

Your details may be stored securely on “file” for what is considered a reasonable amount of time to provide any post order customer service.

 

Trade.

Once your outlet has been confirmed, trade cards are £1.50 each with a 20 card minimum order of any combinations. Postage is charged at 1st class parcel rates depending on the parcel weight.  Despatch is in around 2 weeks. Orders can be placed via email. All products have item codes on the website gallery. First orders are initially confirmed with an invoice to be paid when the order is ready for dispatch. There after as per direct discussion.
